Development Update Log 1!

Hey all! Sorry for the lack of updates, I've been working hella hard on the 1.0.0 release! My original plan was to do another pre-release but I said frick it, how about I pack everything into one full-ass release!

 Been workin' pretty hard  as you can see :D  but um, heres the final todo list:

* Fix the hold notes scale. - UNFINISHED

* Improve the Chart Editor.  - A heavy maybe. - UNFINISHED

* Local multiplayer  - FINISHED

* Online multiplayer - WORK IN PROGRESS

* Mobile Support - UNFINISHED

*  Get hold notes to work. (Thanks Joalor64GH!) - FINISHED

* Add support for adding custom online map repos (in-game). - UNFINISHED

I can't wait to show y'all this update when I finish it :D
